Last night's game at Chester was a close encounter with the home side given 51% of the possession as against 49% for Hereford United.
Chester had seven shots on target and the Bulls had five.
The marks awarded to the players for both teams seemed a little low with no player receiving more than a seven. For example Ainsworth was given a five and keeper Brown, who was some supporters man of the match, a six.
No Hereford United player was booked.
An excellent turnout of 627 Hereford United supporters made the trip to Chester. However some of them were delayed getting back to Herefordshire. Firstly a traffic light failure in Chester held up traffic leaving the stadium then a diversion on the A49 meant another delay.
