Rotherham is "buzzing", according to the management team of Mark Robins and John Breckin.
The pair enter their first full campaign with a trip to Edgar Street on Saturday, with Breckin telling local radio that: "The place is buzzing - the Chairman, the players, the staff, the fans. It's the fans buying season tickets that have enabled us to buy players like Graham Coughlan and we want to thank them for that. We need a good start at Hereford and I'm sure the lads will give everything - we have worked very hard."
Robins' added: "We have prepared well and the players are looking forward to the new season starting. They are all focused on the Hereford game - we've just some fine tuning to do but they are all raring to go.
"The eleven we have brought in are all decent footballers and they have gelled - both on and off the pitch - Graham Coughlan is a good leader and I don't think they've had an option but to gel! We worked hard at fetching Coughlan in and so far we are really pleased with him"
Meanwhile, it is understood that there may be an additional new face in the Rotherham line-up on Saturday. The club are seeking a loan signing to replace the injured Mark Hudson.
