It appears that the keeper drafted in to play in the absence of Wayne Brown may have been the Cheltenham Town back-up stopper Scott P Brown. Brown has previously been on the books of both Bristol City and Wolves where he joined as a trainee under current Cheltenham boss John Ward. The Cheltenham Official site speaks highly of him saying "Two periods of injury to Shane Higgs gave Scott the opportunity of first team appearances during 2006/07 and he never let the side down. His form, particularly during the end of season run-in was fantastic and some of the saves he made were world class." The connection is enforced by the fact that The Bulls current goalkeeping coach also works for the Gloucestershire outfit who are due to visit Edgar Street on Saturday. On last night's showing, Bulls fans would be happy to see him again on Saturday....playing for the opposition.
