Andy Williams has agreed terms with Bristol Rovers, according to manager Paul Trollope.
Speaking to the Western Daily Press, Trollope was hopeful of avoiding a tribunal to set a fee after agreeing a deal with the 20 year old: "We are looking to get the fee agreed, or go to a tribunal, and we want to get it done in time for pre-season. We feel he fits in to what we are about and is a young man with a bright future. We feel we can improve him as a player and he can improve us as a club."
