In his weekly interview with BBC Hereford and Worcester Graham Turner spoke about the recent lack of any goals from Hereford United.
"Brian Clough used to say just hit the target.
"If you keep hitting the target then sooner or later one will go past the goalkeeper.
"One or two efforts have gone straight down the goalkeeper's throat, could have gone either side and finished in the back of the net."
Turner said he had plenty of players in his squad who could score goals. He just wished one of them would.
Meanwhile the Hereford United manager has revealed in the interview that he would not be fining Tim Sills over his sending off in the game against Swindon last Saturday.
He also said that he had given the referee at Walsall nil points out of a possible one hundred.
"I think his performance was as bad as that."
