After suggesting that he didn't want to drop down to Divison Two, Luke Rodgers is said to be talking to Swindon about a move.
The Western Daily Press has revealed that Swindon and Crewe have agreed a fee of around £30,000, the same as was said to have been offered by Graham Turner. Rodgers was at Swindon yesterday but is reported not to have agreed personal terms as yet.
"We have agreed a fee with a club and have been in negotiations with a player," said Swindon manager Paul Sturrock.
"We are hoping that the personal terms will not be a hindrance and hope the player will be available for selection next Saturday."
