Tamworth have been robbed of part their FA Cup payday after armed raiders held up club staff in the early hours of Sunday morning after their Third Round loss to Norwich. The shotgun weilding theives made off with the bar takings from the lunchtime kick off, believed to be over £10,000, and also stole personal belongings from the staff.

Peterboro's one-club financing of non-league football continues with the signing of Woking goalkeeper Shwan Jalal on a two and a half year contract for an undisclosed fee. The former Spurs youngster has recently been capped by the National Game XI.

Stockport have confirmed that they will listen to offers for any of their players after a dismal run of results. Striker Michael Malcolm is already set for a surprise trial at German side Werder Bremen. Darlington have added Blackpool's veteran goalkeeper Lee Jones on loan for a month after an injury to regular stopper Sam Russell.

Rochdale have added Sheff Weds teenager Rory McArdle to their ranks for a small fee. The defender has spent much of the last 18 months on loan at Spotland and is Dale's fourth January signing. The club have also confirmed that Iyseden Christie has joined Kidderminster on a permanent basis, completing the reversal of the move made 12 months ago.

Following on from the news that Walsall have enjoyed a mid-season trip to warmer climates, Weymouth are to embark on a three day trip to Spain tomorrow. They will play local side UD Horadada in a friendly game. Grimsby have signed Carlisle defender Simon Grand on loan until the end of the season.

Accrington's Oriental adventure is over before it started after a proposed match with Chinese side Chengdu Blade, the team owned by Sheff Utd, was called off due to the weather. The Chinese second division side were in the country to see their owners play in the FA Cup. Meanwhile, midfielder Ian Craney has completed his move to Swansea for £150,000. Stanley have collected £400,000 in transfer fees this season.

Torquay are set to make Polish keeper Przemek Norko their first Eastern European signing. Norko, 27, is awaiting international clearance following a short stint in the Albanian league.
