Chester have been fined £1,000 for failing to control their players during their match at Barnet in October.
Roberto Martinez was dismissed and the referee was heavily intimidated during the match. The club have also been warned as to its future conduct, but is still awaiting a hearing over charges brought relating to their derby match with Shrewsbury less than a month later.
Barnet could also be in the disciplinary hot water after Magno Silva Viera was sent off in last night's county cup match. He is the third Barnet player to be sent off in two games, and the club have a £13,000 suspended fine hanging over them from last season's indescretions.
