Alan Connell spoke about last night's game to BBC Hereford and Worcester. He said it was time to put in a good performance for the whole game not just a part.
"It was a decent fight back but we should never have put ourselves in that position.
"First half we were very disappointing. One or two decent passages of play in the final third but not enough.
"Everyone was very disappointed. I keep using that word disappointing but the first half really was.
"I felt sorry for the people watching us."
Meanwhile there is confusion over who scored Hereford's goal. The Bulls News report credited it to Andy Williams but Keith Hall, who reported on the game for BBC Hereford and Worcester, gave it to Alan Connell.
Richard Prime of the Hereford Times also said that Andy Williams had scored as did the Shrewsbury Offical Website.
