Graham Turner has told the Hereford Times that Alan Connell scored United's goal against Shrewsbury last Tuesday. Andy Williams had the initial shot but Connell managed to head it past Neal in the Shrews goal. Turner said "Connell got the final touch"
Meanwhile, next Tuesday, Hereford begin their defence of the HFA Senior Floodlit Invitation Cup against Bromyard away. It will give The Bulls an opportunity to play some fringe players, giving them some much needed match fitness and practice.
