Conference News Round-Up

Accrington midfielder Steve Jagielka is aiming to be back in the team for the promotion run-in, after missing the last month following knee surgery. Jagielka has missed the last five Conference matches since surgery but hasn't been missed too much - with Stanley winning all five league matches.

Cambridge have signed former Chelsea and Oxford midfielder Rob Wolleaston on non-contract terms. Wolleaston, 26, debuted in the weekend defeat at Altrincham alongside Stacy Coldicott. Cambridge have also released defender David Chick.

Dagenham defender Shane Blackett is being chased by a string of league sides according to press reports. Crystal Palace, Brighton, Reading and Hull are all believed to be tracking the 24 year old.

Scarboro will receive a bid for teenage winger Michael Coulson in the summer. Barnsley boss Andy Richie, who has had the winger on trial, told the official Barnsley website: "He's a young, exciting player with lots of potential and we've seen a lot of things we like. Hopefully we'll try to do something in the summer."
