Turner welcomes involvment in FA Cup

Speaking ahead of tomorrow's match against Woking, Graham Turner thinks the Cup draw will lift his Hereford United side.

"It was lovely to still be involved in the FA Cup. The second round draw has given everybody at the club a lift," Turner told the Worcester News.

"It's a good tie for us, one we can definitely win. We've got home advantage and Stockport are struggling in their division. I don't think there is much difference in the quality in squads. They will not relish coming here.

"We've also got a nice draw in the LDV Vans Trophy. But the most important thing is the league, the bread and butter. We must work hard to improve our league position."

Turner is still concerned that the Bulls are scoring enough goals.

"We've not conceded many goals and it's always a solid base to go from. But putting the ball in the net is our big problem and that's something we are trying to address.

"The goals may come tomorrow, although Woking are always difficult to beat. They are a well-organised side."
