Paul Parry has failed to earn a recall to the Welsh squad after spending most of the last two months coming off the bench for club side Cardiff City, despite injuries to several key players including Ryan Giggs.
Gavin Williams is named in the 20 man squad for the trip to Cyprus on November 16th.
