AFC Bournemouth have cleared the first hurdle in their refinancing plans as Community Mutual members, the old Supporters Trust, voted overwhelmingly in favour of the stadium sale plans.
Over 92% of voters voted in favour of the plan to sell the stadium to a London based property company, with just 17 votes going against the plan.
However, Community Mutual have told the club it will need to prove the plans for restructure are adequate before it will cast it's vote in favour of the plan at Friday's crucial second vote amongst club shareholders.
