Karl Hawley will make his first return to Edgar Street when he plays for Carlisle this evening. Hawley spent time with Hereford two seasons ago.
Hawley team seems confident that his side get a win this evening. Three more victories for Carlisle should be enough for them to reach the play-offs. However as manager Paul Simpson told the Carlisle News and Star they are hoping for a victory against the Bulls.
"People might think a draw would suit us but I've never gone into a game with that approach," said Simpson.
"If you sit back and try and hold on it can often backfire on you. A mistake or a bad decision from the referee and you are suddenly behind. It?s a dangerous game to play and we won't be attempting it. We are going for a win.
"We can kill Hereford off as a threat to us if we get the three points, so this is a massive game for us and we want to put pressure on them."
