Confusion over development announcement

Graham Turner has stated in a press release on the official Hereford United website that the situation regarding the development of Edgar Street has not changed. He also slammed BBC H&W for saying that there was an announcement due this morning. He said they were "out of order", and that "no announcement was ever planned".

PRESS RELEASE

Despite recent Radio claims there is no fresh news on the development of Edgar Street. The crux of what is being said has not changed over the past six months, i.e both ends of the ground need refurbishment. The Radio Station, we believe, was out of order in stating that there was an announcement to be made this morning (Monday).

No such announcement was ever planned.
