Chester in trouble again

Chester City appear to be in trouble again. After the debacle over payment to Hereford United of money for match tickets, now it is the turn of Boston United to complain.

Boston are talking about reporting Chester City to the Football League over money owed to them from the Daryl Clare transfer.

Boston manager Steve Evans said: "Chester have been given extra grace by chairman Jon Sotnick to pay the final instalment for Daryl Clare but they've not done it. It doesn't surprise me but I know Chester will come under enormous pressure from the Football League."

He added: "Chester owe us money and they have not paid."
