Bulls win friendly

Hereford United defeated Ludlow by 4-0 this evening at the Coors Stadium in front of a crowd about 800 of which perhaps 600 were from Hereford. Full report to follow.

The start was delayed by five minutes as Hereford fans queued to get into the ground. But the game itself was a little disappointing as at times the Bulls failed to make the impact seen at Ludlow twelve months ago.

Tony James and Danny Carey-Bertram were left out of the team as well as Jamie Pitman who is recovering from his operation.

There were no new signings at the game but several trialists.
