Agreement reached over CVA

HUISA has reported that Hereford United has reached an agreement to come out of the CVA.

Graham Turner told the last liaison committee meeting that the matter should be settled within the next few weeks.

The ending of the CVA will free the club from all its creditors (from the late 1990's) except Formsole and it will end having a Supervisor watching over the club.

Although not revealed it is beleived that the final payment to end the CVA will be less than 20p in the pound. There will also be the final payment to the Supervisor which could amount to several thousand pounds.

The club has been able to end the CVA after better gates and the sale of Paul Parry brought a much higher level of income into the club last season.
