Tretton wanted a third

After last night's 2-1 win over Woking, Hereford United defender Andy Tretton was pleased with gaining all three points.

He told BBC Hereford & Worcester: "We were a little bit disappointed not to get another (goal) because we had a couple of scrambles in the box but, to be fair, we were taking a bit of a battering early on.

"2-0 at half time was a big bonus."

Meanwhile, Jamie Pitman made his return to Kingfield after a summer move to Hereford, and said: "It was a tough game and we worked tremendously hard for the result. We defended excellently."

Hereford left-back Michael Rose added: "The lads are buzzing; we've just got to keep it going."
