Hereford took early command when Owen Bradford’s ball was cleared initially but only as far as Ollie Morris on the edge of the box who's first-time curler found the bottom-right corner.
The hosts doubled the lead when Jack McGowan won a free-kick 35-yards out - Bradford curled towards the bottom-right corner with the Stratford keeper getting down low to his left pushing the ball into the onrushing Harry Jones who steered home.
Stratford then pulled a goal back when a ball from the left was played diagonally to the opposite flank where a striker drilled past keeper Will Utley.
However moments later the young Bulls regained their two-goal advantage after McGowan was found with a defence splitting pass before clinically finding the bottom-left corner.
Then around the 30 minute mark two turning points, first Stratford were awarded a penalty after Jones brought down a forward with Utley denying the visitors pushing ball away low to his right before the Bards were reduced to ten men after a needless kick out on Bradford by a defender resulted in a straight red card.
With the man advantage Hereford forced the issue at the start of the second period with Jones advancing into the box laying the ball off to McGowan who's drive was saved.
However Hereford didn't have to wait long for a fourth when Bradford threaded through to half-time substitute Logan Fisher, he took a touch before firing past the keeper before Fisher secured his brace from the right side of the box after some neat build-up play and a brilliant take and turn by Jones to play him in.
The wide man then grabbed his hat-trick tapping in from close range after the keeper spilled a venomous drive from Alfie Andrews into his path.
Bradford clipped a delightful cross from the right for Fisher to tap-in at the back post before the offside flag was raised.
The young Bulls then added to the scoreline via the penalty-spot after McGowan was scythed down near the left by-line, he stepped up to nonchalantly stroke into the bottom-right corner for his brace.
A splendid second-half performance by substitute Fisher was completed with him securing his quadruple sweeping in from close range following a cross from the left by McGowan.
Hereford rounded out the rout with a ninth when a through ball to Fisher who did well to stay onside down the right channel, before his pinpoint cross was poked in by Andrews.
Attention now switches to the big FA Youth Cup 1st Round proper tie against Youth Alliance South side Oxford United U18’s at Oxford City's MGroup Stadium, it's also a U’s side managed by former Hereford attacker Pablo Haysham.
