HUST have posted a report on their recent AGM:
This was held on Thursday 20th November. We are a ‘family’ here at Edgar Street and before the main proceedings we held a few moments to remember the lives of Ron Parrott, Colin Addison, ‘Stan’ Stanik, Layla Phillips and others whom we have lost this past year.
Supporters have made a big contribution to Hereford FC over the years. Since achieving our £289,000 target for purchase of Club shares, we have donated a further £63,882 to the Club. Raising £352,882 from regular fans is no mean feat, and we pledge to continue.
For the year ending to 31st May 2025, the Matchday draws (50/50 and Golden Goal) surplus paid in £24,363 to the Club. We also run Prize Bull, Sports Lottery and other fundraising which is added to membership income and donations. We are holding an ‘Investment Reserve’ of £10,000 which is available for infrastructure projects at the Club.
We are delighted to have been able to support the Club with new microphones and speakers for Radfords and the Exec Club Bars and also in the provision of the Fans Zone outside of Radfords.
The Social Inclusion Project and Official Away Travel have been well supported by fans. Topics during the Q&A session covered Heritage Projects, Colin Addison commemorations, Memorabilia, council Merton Meadow plans and Edgar Street facilities.
Both Director Nominees, Justin Ratcliffe and Andy Lawrence, were accepted onto the HUST board for a 3 year term.
