Bedford manager Lee Bircham has been banned for nine games and fined £600 after the FA found him guilty after he made comments to the referee last season.
The game was at Alvechurch in November when Bedford were defeated.
Comments were made to referee Abid Hussain in the Southern League Premier Central match.
The charge was for improper conduct.
The ban applies from June 18th. However pre-season friendlies don't count so Bircham will be in the stands for nine league games.
