Hereford manager Paul Caddis was shown a straight red card by referee Melissa Burgin during the second half of this afternoon's game against Leamington.
Afterwards assistant manager Adam Rooney, pictured above, was asked what it was all about, what had sparked tension around the dug-out area.
"I think there were a couple of fouls on Jaiden in a matter of three or four minutes," said Rooney.
"One was right on the edge of the box, penalty we were unsure but definitely a free kick at least, lads studs right down his ankles just after being booked.
"That could have put them down to ten men, a free kick or a penalty and him sent off the pitch. Then two minutes later they take him off. Everybody is anxious over that.
"Then a tackle right in front of the dug-out, he's hit Jaiden again late.
"I don't know how the Gaffer gets sent off.
"He stepped out of the dug-out to get the ball. Then I think their lad has charged at him a little bit.
"The Gaffer was sent off for apparantly leaving the dug-out in an aggressive fashion which was never the case.
"Disappointing that side of it.
"Hopefully we can look back at that and realise that there's been a mistake whether that's come through the referee or the fourth official.
"I think we'll have to have a look at that because he's left to get the ball, their lad has charged at him, then he's been sent off because he's left the dug-out."
Will the club appeal?
"I haven't a clue how it works in terms of the manager getting sent off, if it's an automatic ban, if it could be a fine, if it can be appealed.
"Hopefully common sense will prevail and they'll look back and see there was no real aggression from the gaffer.
"I think in terms of his behaviour this year he's been really good around the dug-out.
"I think the whole intensity around the tackles going in at that stage, may be the referee got a little bit carried away as such, she had to do something.
"Hopefully they'll look back at that and realise that it shouldn't be a red card."
