Midfieder Glynn Joins Hereford

Scarborough FC Picture

Keiran Glynn has joined Hereford after being released by Scarborough.

This from Scarborough:

We can confirm that Kieran Glynn has left the Club following the cancellation of his contract by mutual consent.

Kieran's most recent spell as a Seadog has been against an ongoing backdrop of travel challenges and lack of regular playing time.

Reflecting on his latest spell at the Club Kieran commented "I am really grateful for the reception I received when I came back and regardless of how this this time has ended I have nothing but admiration for everyone connected with the Club and wish you all the best in the future."

On joining Hereford manager Paul Caddis said:

"Kieran is a player who’s really experienced at the level who possesses huge qualities and someone I’ve admired for a long time. He will add some quality to us at a really tough final period of the season for us.

“It is important we have plenty of depth leading into the last 11 games, and with suspensions and injuries potentially taking place, then it’s important to add quality, and that’s exactly what Kieran is.”

Glynn is a 27 year old midfielder who started his career with FC United.

Since then he has played for Salford, Woking, Southport, Scarborough, Flyde, Chorley and Scarborough for a second time.

He should be match fit as he played for Scarborough last Saturday in their 3-0 win over Leamington.

"Over the moon to sign for such a massive club in Hereford FC," tweeted Glynn.

"Ready to dig and help get the club back where it belongs."
