Hereford's Winning Goal Scored By Levi Andoh
Brackley manager Gavin Cowan felt his side should have won yesterday's game at Edgar Street especially considering they were 1-0 ahead at half-time.
"Disappointing is probably an under statement," said Cowan.
"A game which at half-time we should have had wrapped up. Total dominance in the first half. And my challenge to my players was to do the same in the second half.
"The players got complacent that coupled with probably some of the worst refereeing and linemen's decision I've seen. I understand it's a tough job.
"Ultimately that's out of our control, we have to be resonsible for ourselves and I'm questioning my players mentality tonight.
"That's a game we should have won.
"We were a far superior side in my opinion.
"But full credit to Hereford, they stuck in there, they kept believing and they hoped we would get complacent and that's what we did.
"We feel like we've given it away.
"You can't perform so well first half and be so dominant and then lose the second half 3-1.
"Credit to Hereford they stuck to their task and waited for moments and we gave them to them."
