'Rising talent' Theo Richardson is set to play for Hereford this evening as they host Cinderford Town in a training match at Edgar Street, the Hereford Times reports.
The
20-year-old goalkeeper is said to have trained with Hereford last week
after spending the first part of the season playing for Northern Premier
League Premier Division Grantham Town.
Grantham have lost five out of their last six games including a 5-0 defeat by South Shields. Manager Ian Culverhouse then resigned on Tuesday due to 'personal reasons' having only joined the club in the summer after leaving Hereford's Southern Premier rivals King's Lynn Town.

Richardson was
released by Manchester United's reserves in May after joining them
towards the end of the 2016/17 season from Leeds United and is represented by Oakmont Black Sports agency, which also represents Jordan Cullinane-Liburd and Jamie Bird.
The other two keepers who had brief spells at Hereford pre-season, Dean Lyness and Jahquil Hill, are also with the same agency.

Later it was confirmed by manager Marc Richards that Richardson had started the 'training match'.
At the time regular keeper Martin Horsell was injured.
