Dylan Mitchell joined Hereford on loan from Swindon ten days ago and scored in last Saturday's 3-0 win over Rushall.
Manager Paul Caddis spoke about him in an interview with BBC Hereford and Worcester recorded last Friday.
"He's come through Villa and has a real good pedigree," said Caddis.
"Swindon Town really like him. He's played in the EFL cup games and against Spurs Under 21's.
"Mark Kennedy his manager really likes him. Ian Holloway decided he needs a bit more experience.
"It's helped us, he come in, he's trained a few times with us. You can see his quality is there.
"You can see he's spent the last five months in a full time enviroment, playing with full time players at a good level.
"We're really pleased to get him over the line, he'll be a good player for us."
