Speaking ahead of this evening's informal shareholders meeting, Hereford chairman Chris Ammonds has said that the club is in a 'really good position'.
At the meeting he is expected to announce that the club made a six figure profit in the year to May 31st 2024. He will also comment on the current year to date.
"Really good position, much better position than we reported last year," said Ammonds.
"We will put out an overview on our website after we've spoken to shareholders, we have to speak to them first.
"It's a really pleasing situation.
"One of the key things being that we've been able to rebuild our reserves substantially giveb we were in a pretty dire situation at the end of the previous financial year."
