Hereford have been drawn at home to Brentwood Town in the second round of the FA Trophy.
Brentwood, based in Essex, ply their trade at step four in the Isthmian League North Division.
The tie will be played on Saturday 16 November.
Winners will receive £3,750, while losers get £1,000.
In their first round tie this weekend, 429 saw Brentwood beat step three side Cray Valley Paper Mills 4-3.
Two goals in the opening six minutes saw Brentwood lead, but Cray Valley fought back to go into the break 3-3.
A goal deep in second half stoppage time saw Brentwood progress.
