Caddis Would Like Four More Players

Paul Caddis At Yesterday's Friendly

Hereford have 15 players signed for the forthcoming season but manager Paul Caddis has had it's proving quite difficult to add to that number.

He was asked if there would be more trialists at next Saturday's friendly against West Brom Under 21's.

"We will look, it's difficult." said Caddis.

"Trialists nowadays want to know what they will get paid before they come in.

"Sadly I'm not in a position to offer trialists dues that could possibly become available because we're not in that position.

"We want try and get players in at our levels, first and foremost.

"We will have a look, it's a tough market it really is but we'll continue to look.

"We've got 15 signed.

"I think we are 4 short but whether we can get 4 in, we might only be able to get 2 in with what we've got available at the moment.

"We're trying night and day, wheel and deal.

"I'm Scottish so we are a bit tight.

"We need more defensive players.

"I think topend of the pitch we are very pleased, Montel, Cowls, Willo and Roons

"We've got wingers who are nice and athletic, and can get at people.

"We've got Babs who can play in there. Central midfielders, we've got great options.

"Centre halves we got to try and get some reinforcements in there."
