The water from the new borehole at Edgar Street is expected to be used for pitch the sprinkler system at first. However if the analysis of water shows it is up to standard it may be used in parts or even throughout the stadium depending on the cost savings.
Given there is an election in July the Football Governance Bill will be put on hold.
