Hereford chairman Chris Ammonds has said artist's impressions of what the Blackfriars End could look like once redeveloped are exciting for fans to see.
Ammonds, otherwise known as Stig, have his thoughts after Bulls News first published plans for the council-led development at the Blackfriars End.
The pictures show a four-storey student accommodation block with commercial units on the ground floor. Behind it is the new stand, which is understood to be seats at this stage.

Herefordshire Council is yet to appoint a development partner to design, work out costs and secure planning permission for the scheme so the pictures are only indicative at this stage.
Speaking earlier today, Ammomds told the official club website: "Clearly, it's exciting for our fans to see these plans and it's a feeling I had a few weeks ago when the council shared the designs with us at the club. However, our understanding is that the planning process for the development remains at an early stage and it will be interesting to see how the ideas develop.
"The key point for us is that council officials continue to reaffirm their commitment to returning Edgar Street to a four-sided stadium, and it's really pleasing that they are working closely with us on all elements of this long awaited project.
"In the short-term, we will continue to focus on the scheduled demolition of the Blackfriars End this summer to ensure that plans are in place to secure everything we need infrastructure wise."
Demolition on the council-owned site is set to begin this summer and building work could be finished by the 2028/29 season. Plans were in motion more than four years ago under the previous Conservative council and after the party regained control with a monitory administration last year are now back on the table.
