Tickets for Hereford's FA Trophy tie against Gateshead on Saturday continue to be available to purchase in advance. They will also be on sale on the day.
It's all pay as Season Tickets don't include Trophy ties. And Season Ticket Holders can't reserve their seats either.
Chairman Chris Ammonds noted this in his latest video.
"I completely understand season ticket holders being frustrated when they can't get their own seat.
"For what we would see as the bigger games which would likely have a much bigger attendance, we would always prioritise season ticket holders.
"There is a cost on asking the ticket software company to reserve those seats.
"Unfortunately for the smaller crowds ecomonically it's probably not viable really because you would eat quite a lot into the income especially when for a game like Saturday you have to share the income with Gateshead as it is a cup competition.
"We would ask for a little bit of understanding, they are difficult decisions we have to take on occasions.
"If we can progress on Saturday and we get out 33rd home draw in a row in cup competitions this season we may have to look at it given we would be into the last eight stage."
