Hereford manager Paul Caddis has given a player update.
Collins Tanor – Collins was a player we really liked the look of and brought in to help a depleted squad at the time. We signed him on a non contract basis and it was evident after a few weeks he wanted to go and play games to help his development which he was promised elsewhere.
Maz Kouhyar – Maz is a fantastic lad who has a top attitude. He was really unfortunate we lost both wingers and forced into a different shape. After the suspension of Lassana Mendes we just felt with the change in formation it would have been unfair to keep Maz for another month if we couldn’t quite get him in his favoured position.
Camron McWilliams – Cam came in after the sad news of Nuneaton going out of business and was thrown straight in against South Shields. He had a slight hamstring issue and we needed to get more training minutes into his legs but that coincided with Cam being unavailable for the Gateshead game so ended up missing a few matchdays due to the need for more training minutes and then a cup tie he was unavailable for. Cam was promised regular football from another club and when his non-contract expired on Friday he decided to join Rushall Olympic which I wish him all the best moving forward.
Outgoings the past month have included Adam Livingstone , Jordan Cranston extension and Mark Derricott. Adam Livingstone was offered a contract that was superior to what he was earning with us and I managed to negotiate a small fee to help. The lure of full-time football next season was also too much for Adam and I understand that. Jordan Cranston will remain with Redditch until the end of the season where he has been instrumental in the positive season they are having. Mark Derricott has been really impressive in his games for Bromsgrove and that’s on a month to month basis. It’s important at Mark’s age he gets football experience regularly.
Caddis's comments come from a longer article on the OS.
