Jack Tolley has signed for National League North side Gloucester City who are trying to avoid relegation.
The 19-year-old midfielder was released from Hereford after his short-term deal, which he signed in December, expired.
Gloucester City, who are currently 22nd in the table and five points from safety, said they were delighted to announce the signing of Tolley until the end of the season.
He will be in contention to play in this afternoon's game away at Bishop's Stortford and his agent at Route One Sports Management said it was a great move for Jack and the Tigers.
When the news broke on Wednesday, Hereford boss Paul Caddis said all parties felt it was best that Tolley left Edgar Street to get some regular game time elsewhere.
Tolley made a number of appearances for the Bulls after signing his first short-term deal in September - and that came before a visit to Bishop's Stortford as well.
The youngster, who came through the ranks at Shrewsbury Town and Kidderminster Harriers, has also turned out for Bromsgrove Sporting and Ilkeston Town.
He scored two goals during his spell with the Bulls.
