​Hereford have been soundly beaten by Scunthorpe, who go top of the table following this victory at Edgar Street. 

Scunthorpe were 4-0 up by half time. Jason Cowley pulled a goal back, but then had a penalty saved, before the away side scored a fifth to restore a four goal advantage.
