Hereford manager Paul Caddis says that his players realise that they are playing an established EFL club this afternoon in the FA Cup.
"We'll show Gillingham the exact same respect we showed the likes of Anstey Nomads," Caddis told BBC Hereford and Worcester.
"We understand the expectation, we understand that a lot of people will fancy us but we have got to be realistic.
"They've just appointed a new manager, they've been a bit up and down in the League, that probably why it's raised expectations on our side and people think we can go and get a result.
"We're capable of causing an upset."
Earlier this week Gillingham appointed a new manager.
"We hope that he's not had much time with them.
"But it's about us, we're at home and we'll be going to try and cause an upset."
