After a disappointing performance at Buxton last night, Hereford manager Paul Caddis admitted that his side had had chances to win the game.
"We did, yes, no two ways about it," said Caddis.
"Disappointed with the manner of the goals, the second one in particular.
"We gave three fouls away straight one after another.
"We knew the lad McCourt has got good delivery so we're very frustrated at that.
"On the counter we had several chances, I think we have got to do better in the final third.
"Yes we are disappointed at losing goals but I think we've got we've got to do better in the final third.
"We knew there would be opportunities in transition, we got Ceesay into some good positions but he couldn't quite have that final pass.
"We have Cowley around the box on times, the pitch was quick.
"I think we just lacked that little bit in the final third."
