Hereford manager Paul Caddis has told BBC Hereford and Worcester that both Jason Cowley and Andy Williams are some way from returning to full fitness.
"It's not great at the moment," said Caddis.
"Jason Cowley came back, done a little bit on the pitch but is still in pain.
"He's had to slow down.
"I would love to put a timescale on it but it's delayed from what he had expected."
"Andy Williams has an ongoing issue.
"He's frustrated, I'm frustrated, we're all frustrated.
"When he got injured we ear-marked the Spennymoor game to try and get back, that was a few weeks ago.
"He's still swelling up after doing some light jogging.
"He'll go back and see the specialist.
"Again it's a longer process than what we want.
"He's nowhere near training with the team.
"I've just learnt to get on with it, there's nothing we can do about it.
"We've just got to get behind the players that are available."
