Hereford FC shareholders have been invited to a meeting this evening at Edgar Street.
The chairman and directors are expected to update shareholders on the current financial situation at the club.
It's understood that the club will confirm a loss for last season, the loss being greater than originally thought.
The loss comes despite the circa £100K profit from the televised FA Cup game against Portsmouth.
Luckily for the club the appointment of a new chairman and a new manager have helped increase the interest in the club and, so far this season, revenue has increased.
But there's no getting away from the fact that the club has lost virtually all the money invested in it by the benefactors, HUST and the shareholders.
