Hereford are through to the next round of the FA Cup after a 2-0 home win over step-four side Anstey Nomads.
There were also chances throughout for the likes of Alex Babos and Connor Stanley but they just lacked the accuracy needed to find the back of the net.
The Nomads ended the game with 10 men after skipper Jordan Annable was shown a second yellow for bringing down Arthur when through on goal.
The second goal of the game came in stoppage time, with Lassana Mendes finding the back of the net after two great saves by the keeper, 37-year-old former Leicester City man Conrad Logan.
The Bulls are still in desperate need of a goalscorer, with a lack of a cutting edge in the final third still blindly obvious. But, goalscoring strikers don't come cheap and it was pleasing to see Andy Williams kicking balls in the warm up.
Despite the poor final balls, the narrow win means Hereford are through to the third qualifying round with £3,375 soon to be in the bank. Ceesay was bright up until being substituted and recent addition Paul Downing has brought much-needed agility to the back line. He was paired with Kyle Howkins today and donned the captain's armband with Nathan Cameron out with a hamstring injury, Bulls News understands.
