Speaking after yesterday's game against Hereford, Graham Fenton spoke about the amount of added time.
"I think it was sixteen added minutes," said the Blyth manager.
"Seven in the first half and nine in the second half.
"I don't know where they get this time from but there are going to be so many injuries this season caused by playing games with this amount of time added on.
"Particularily when you've got a small squad, and that's not just us.
"You are going to get lots of late injuries due to fatigue.
"It wasn't a dirty game, wasn't many fouls in it, we didn't make all our three substitutions, there wasn't loads of goals yet sixteen minutes added on.
"If this persists it's going to be a long, long season."
