Jared Hodgkiss has joined AFC Telford who were relegated from the National North League recently.
He has signed a one year deal.
Hailing from Stafford, Jared began his career with West Bromwich Albion, making a handful of first-team appearances. These included a debut in the Premier League against Everton in May 2006.
He signed a contract for another two years; however, Jared was sent on loan to Aberdeen, then Northampton Town, before he was released.
In October 2009, Jared signed for Forest Green Rovers, where he spent five seasons, making more than 160 appearances.
Jared edged closer to the Midlands with his next move, joining Kidderminster Harriers for three seasons. He then joined Macclesfield Town and was to be part of their National League promotion-winning side in 2018 before leaving in 2019.
Hereford was Jared’s next stop, and four seasons at Edgar Street saw him captain the Bulls at Wembley in the 2021 FA Trophy final.
Concluding his Bulls career, Jared joined the Bucks ahead of the 2023/24 season.
