Alfreton Town have confirmed the signing of Kennedy Digie from Gloucester City
Alfreton Town have said they are delighted to sign a "big and powerful" former Hereford FC defender.
The club have announced the signing of 26-year-old central defender Kennedy Digie.
He signed for the Bulls in October 2020 under Josh Gowling and proved to be a reliable option in the heart of defence.
He went on to join National League club Altrincham but dropped back down to step two as he went on loan to Farsley Celtic.
Most recently at Gloucester City, he has now signed for fellow National League North club Alfreton.
On signing for Alfreton, Digie said: "I know the gaffer very well as well as the clubs aspirations; I’m looking forward to being a part of the group and pushing towards these goals."
Manager Billy Heath also told the club's website: "We've been interested in Ken for the last few years and are pleased to finally get this deal over the line.
"He's big and powerful and has a lot of experience in this league. He'll be a good addition to the football club."
Alfreton are thought to be Digie's 14th club, having being sent on loan while coming through the ranks at Kidderminster Harriers.
