One of the reasons Paul Caddis is the new manager of Hereford FC is that Graham Turner was hugely impressed with him.
"Graham was involved in the first round of interviews and he was hugely impressed with Paul," said club chairman Chris Ammonds speaking to BBC Hereford and Worcester.
"He was really engaged with what Paul had to say on the day.
"And he made it clear that he thought he had real potential.
"So to have the endorsment of someone as experienced and with such a career in management as Graham Turner that was a real boost for us as well."
What about Caddis's back-up team?
"He's on the case with that as we speak.
"He's got some ideas which he shared with us during his interview but now he'll go off and start putting those pieces in place.
"He's looking for an assistant with some experience at our level or the level above to help him on that side of things."
