The BBC have done a feature on Andy Preece reaching 750 games as a manager at Bury, Worcester City, Northwich, Southport and Chorley in England, and Airbus UK in Wales where he became the first English black manager to qualify a team for Europe. He talks about the racism he has experienced and questions how with over 40% of players being black, only 4% of managers are black. Aged 56 he hopes to reach 1,000 games as a manager.
