Dino Visser Saved Telford's Penalty |
Hereford interim manager Yan Klukowski admitted that poor finishing prevented his team winning yesterday's game against Telford.
The Bulls had 46% of the possession and just five shots on target according to the stats on BET 365.
"Yes again, scrathing my head as I said on Tuesday, plenty of chances again.
"We've matched our chance creation from Tuesday with sixteen attempts on goal.
"We hit the bar, their goalie has made good saves, that combined with poor finishing as well, I must say that, means we don't get three points today but we do get a point."
Telford were awarded a penalty late in the game.
"Yes, because I didn't think our performance deserved that. I think it would have been hugely disappointing if we were on the back end of a loss considering what effort the players had put in and again how they played.
"Well done to Dino, he's done his homework, it's a great save and I thought that gave us a real lift, a bit more belief to go on and get the winner but we just ran out of time."
What did you make of the penalty?
"I couldn't see it. There were three or four bodies in front of me, a little bit of a melee. The ref decided but fortunately for us Dino stepped up."
Miles Storey led the line until late in the game when Tyrone Barnett came on.
"I thought Miles was outstanding. His performance was electric again. I thought he caused them problems all afternoon.
"I would just like him to get a few more goals to give him those goals his performances deserve.
"Ryan was a threat again. He had a couple of chances today. The keeper has made a great save and then he probably should have scored at the end.
"What we do have now is a week with no midweek fixture so we can really get some work in on the training pitch rather than doing rest and recovery sessions."
Thompson-Sommers was subbed at half time.
"I think he was on the backend of a poor challenge and he rolled his ankle.
"We're hoping it will only be a week or so."
