Both Scarborough and Darlington have been charged by the FA following trouble at a recent game between the two clubs.
The charge of misconduct by the Football Association following alleged abuse of a female match official by a fan during Darlington's win at the Flamingo Land Stadium on January 2.
During the first half the official Emily Carney was running the line directly in front of the 820 travelling Darlington fans, and she briefly interrupted play to speak to the match referee, Dean Watson.
At half time she swapped sides so was in front of Scarborough fans. After nine minutes in the second half, Carney had another conversation with Watson and play was delayed again, this time for almost 40 minutes.
Both clubs have been charged with failing to control their supporters.
