Brandon Hall Had Little To Do
Hereford manager Josh Gowling felt that his side had the better of the second half at Gloucester this afternoon. However the home side did enough to keep their 2-0 half-time lead.
"If you look at the second half I think it was all us," said Gowling.
"So apart from not tapping the ball in the back of the net with a couple that flashed across the goal, I thought we did pretty well second half."
Gowling admitted goals change games.
"Their first one was an excellent cross, their second one we've had options to clear the ball and we've not done it.
"And we had opportunities to put the ball in the back of the net and we've not done it and that's why we've lost."
Next Saturday it's away at Buxton and another plastic pitch.
"It's a surface we don't play on every week, that's for sure, it's a different surface that we're used to obviously training on grass.
"But we just want to get back to winning ways that's the main thing."
Hereford will be without captain Luke Haines for the next two games. Who will take his place?
"We can look at Aaron. We'll have a staff meeting this week and decide what we are going to do with that and we'll take it from there.
"Ideally we want to play Aaron up top because he's a threat up top. But if we haven't got a better option he might have to play centre-half. That's the reality of where we are and if we've got to do that then that's what we'll have to do."
What about Mark Derricott?
"Yes we can have a look at it.
"Mark's a great kid, he's 19. Now right now where he is he's probably better off as a full back.
"I think to protect him for a start if he is going to play he's going to be a full back.
"Levi Andoh is someone we could look at to slot in and if we do that then Mark can slot in and play right back.
"We'll look at what fits best for that game."
